How to Measure for and Apply Elbow Strap

Measuring Instructions
A. Measure around the forearm right below the bend of the elbow.
Application Instructions
1. Unfasten the elbow strap and pull up to right below the bend of the elbow.
2. Position the pressure pad over the painful area, then tighten and fasten.
